  • Are you age 18 or older?
  • Do you have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone?
  • Are you able to use our fingerstick kit to collect a few drops of blood from home?
  • Are you planning to begin, currently undergoing, or have already completed radiation therapy within the last year?
  • Have you been diagnosed with one of the following types of cancer?

  • Stomach
  • Testicular
