You will also need to complete a Medical Record Authorization form after you sign up. RADIANT will review your information to help understand the results of the study better.
Expect your first kit about a week after signing up. The kit is designed to collect and store a few drops of blood.
The amount of kits for RADIANT will depend on where you are in your radiation treatment. If you have not started radiation treatment yet, you will complete and return four (4) kits. If you are in the middle of radiation treatment, you will complete and return two (2) kits. If you have completed your radiation treatment, you will complete and return one (1) kit. You can register the kit in your study portal. When you’re done, seal the kit and drop it off in any USPS mailbox. Your postage has already been paid.
With each kit, login to your secure study portal to complete a health survey. You can access your portal anytime, anywhere using your computer or mobile device. Learning about your experience will help our researchers better understand your study results.
